2024 RETREAT(S)

I invite you to disconnect from the everyday jobs, people and "noises" that take you away from your true authentic self.  Our weekend retreat will be a time to reconnect with yourself in a way to refresh and rewire your heart, mind and soul.  My goal is that you disconnect to reconnect.  How?  Have you ever wanted to truly connect with source and learn to connect and manifest?  We will focus on meditation, manifestation and connection through nature.   Just added! We will be having a micro-dosing workshop and opportunity for purchase.  There is no pressure to try or do anything!  You are here to relax and reconnect.

Retreat will host a maximum of 16 people, so space is limited!!

About the retreat center:

We will be staying at Sursum Corda Retreat and Wellness Center which is located in Copalis, WA near Ocean Shores, WA.

The retreat center offers private and shared rooms, meditation and gathering yurt, full lodge with kitchen, outdoor wood fire pits, sauna, and steps away from the ocean.

September 14th, 2023 Thursday: 

Arrive at the retreat center 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  

Welcome happy hour and appetizers.

September 15h, 2023 Friday: 

Our day will start with a light breakfast.  Activities will include guided workshops and hikes.

Mid morning -Microdosing workshop with intention setting and guided meditation.

Manifestation workshop

Dinner will be provided with limited beer and wine.  Evenings will allow for fireside chats, or indoor conversations and relaxation.

September 16th, 2023 Saturday:

Our day will start with breakfast and include workshops.  Lunch will be provided and followed by a small activity or workshop.

September 17th, 2023 Sunday:

We will have breakfast together followed by a mindful workshop and mediation to take in all we have learned and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Plan on dismissing at 11:00 am.  Snacks or light sack lunches will be provided for your trip back home.

What is included in the total fee:

1) 3-night lodging

2) Snacks and drinks for all 3 nights and the days at the lodge

3) Breakfast each morning

4) Lunch on Saturday and Sunday

5) Dinner Friday and Saturday 

6) Limited beer and wine;

7) Varied workshops (Workshops will be topics on meditation, manifestation, micro-dosing 101, plant foraging and tincture creating, ice-dying mandala, reading auras and energy of others, and more to be added!)

8) A free psychic reading with Alicia if you choose to have a reading.

9) Fun, laughter and well being!

What is NOT included in the total fee:

1) Transportation

Who is this retreat for?

1) Someone who is seeking a deeper understanding and connection with their higher self and the ability to understand manifestation.

2) Someone who likes fun, laughter and relaxation with nature.

Who is this retreat NOT for?

1) Know it all's...we are all on a learning journey and there is no right or wrong way.

2) Someone who is seeking a retreat for PTSD, rehab or in serious need of mental counseling.  While we all have issues and baggage, this is not designed or focused on that type of healing.  I am positive everyone will gain some type of mental well-being, but this isn't the main goal.

3) If you hate humans then this isn't the right place for you.

4) If you feel the need to be a jerk, rude or downright nasty, then please stay home.  We will have you removed with no refunds if you decide to turn this retreat into a reality TV moment.  Bad behavior will not be tolerated.
